Common questions
What kinds of buildings do you work on?
Offices, retail centers, restaurants, multifamily buildings, hotels, warehouses and industrial facilities. We don't take residential jobs.
Can you handle several repairs in one visit?
Yes. Send the whole list. We'll quote it together and get as much done as possible in one trip.
Do you offer scheduled maintenance?
Yes. We can walk your buildings on a set schedule, fix small problems on the spot and report anything bigger before it turns into a work order.
Can the same visit cover plumbing?
Yes. Our crews do both, so a leaking flush valve and the ceiling tiles it stained can be fixed on the same trip.
